1. Donations

      • All donations made to Samata Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
      • Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
      • We encourage donors to thoroughly review their contributions before proceeding with the payment.

2. Event Registration or Program Fees

      • Fees paid for events or programs organized by Samata Foundation are generally non-refundable.
      • Exceptions may be made in cases of event cancellation or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Errors in Transaction

      • If a transaction error occurs (e.g., duplicate payment), please notify us immediately.
      • Upon verification, we will initiate a refund for the erroneous transaction within 7–10 working days.

 

4. Cancellation by Samata Foundation

      • In rare instances where an event or program is canceled by us, participants will be notified promptly.
      • Refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided as applicable.
